"Heresy Hunter" Family Theology Class
Families gathered together earlier in February to participate in a family-style theology led by Licentiate Brad Irvin. While dressed as the Crocodile Hunter, and talking in an Australian accent, Brad used different wild animals to represent various heresies, and how we can use Scripture to combat them with the Truth!
First Worship Service with Communion!
Salina Presbyterian Church was so grateful to begin official worship services with the Lord's Supper in December 2024. Thanks to our session at Manhattan Presbyterian Church for working diligently to make this possible!

Fellowship
We always enjoy a time of fun fellowship after our Sunday meetings! We typically host a potluck meal (visitors are welcome, we always have plenty of food), adults get the chance to talk, and the kids get to play on the playground. We hope you can join us for fellowship!

Visit from the MNA
It was such an encouragement to have Ted Powers, head of church planting for our region with Mission to North America, meet with part of our group in April. Ted shared encouraging words from Scripture, led us in a time of prayer, and gave great practical advice for next steps. We really appreciate all the MNA is doing to plant more Biblically faithful churches in the Midwest! Check out what else the MNA is up to here:Â Home - Mission to North America (pcamna.org)

Official PCA Mission Church
On April 25th, 2024, Salina PCA was voted in as an official mission church of the PCA within the Heartland Presbytery! Here’s a picture with part of our new temporary session from our mother church, Manhattan Presbyterian Church PCA. We are so thankful for the guidance and help of our temporary session, as just 10 years ago they planted in Manhattan. It is exciting to see God growing the Salina PCA church group- if you're interested in joining be sure to message us today!

Salina Kids
Salina kids who have been traveling distances to get to church are excited to have a PCA church in town!

Why Plant a Church in Salina?
Salina Kansas: The largest city in Kansas that doesn't have a reformed church within an hour's reach. Currently the PCA has no presence west of Manhattan and Wichita, more than half the state! There is a huge need for reformed churches to be planted across Kansas, and we believe God is calling a group of believers in the Salina, Lindsborg, and Mcpherson, Kansas area to continue planting west and sharing the gospel across Kansas! If you are interested in joining us for worship, donating to the church plant, or want to let us know you are praying for us, we would love to talk with you more! Click the "Contact Us" button below to get in touch with the group.

Weekly Meetings
Sundays 3:30 at Cornerstone Classical School
Join us on Sunday at 3:30 PM for worship! We have a liturgical worship service every Sunday, with a pot-luck style meal together afterwards. Children are always welcome, and encouraged to join us in the service, but we have a nursery available up to age 3 as well. Click the button below to e-mail us for more information. We meet at Cornerstone Classical School at 830 S 9th St. at 3:30 on Sundays.
But aren't there enough churches already?
No! You can never have enough churches! If you'd like to know why a PCA church would be particularly great for the Salina community and central Kansas, we'd love to tell you about it!
